Not able to download

When I type -
# wget ftp: //rpmfind.net/linux/sourceforge/a/am/amule/aMule-2.0.3-1.i586-SuSE_9.1.rpm
--23:16:45-- ftp: //rpmfind.net/linux/sourceforge/a/am/amule/aMule-2.0.3-1.i586-SuSE_9.1.rpm
=> `aMule-2.0.3-1.i586-SuSE_9.1.rpm'
Resolving rpmfind.net... failed: Host not found.
and when i try to ping -
# ping yahoo.com
ping: unknown host yahoo.com
I lost the ability to download . This happened when i was trying to
set up Bind sever on Fedora Core 2 .
Please advise .
I wonder if i mistakenly made some change in config files or something
somewhere .
