non-auth mirror

i'm not sure if this is a good subject or not, but hey.

ok, i have a site and i just found a site that is mirroring mine, and i don't have the slightest idea whom this person is.

now, i can shut down the link, get rid of it, but i would like to know how to make it so that people can't mirror my site without my knowledge. would anyone know how this can be done?

my site. http://cerberus.cc
mirror. http://www.gunyard.com/

since it seems that they are pointing their site to me. i've entered a contact me on my page and it goes to me, not them. how do i get rid of them?

cheers.

from the research that i've been doing on whom ever. seems that the registry doesn't even know a gunyard.com . next thing is that it seems his ip is registered at other places.

so i decided to just start sending emails. and close down a couple of more ports.

cheers.
