No wirless in a new archlinux installations

Hi all, I recently installed archlinux in my HP 15-bw046nl, the wifi card required the rtl8723de driver ... I have compiled from github different rtl_wifi-new .. rtl-wifi-dkms .. but after the reboot the wirless doesn't appear!

it is very strange because I have installed some times ago in the same laptop Arch Linux and after compile the rtl_wifi-new driver the wi-fi works perfectly !

I still have in another partition this installation ... (I decide to delete it after have fix any things in the new one)

May I use the old installation in order to get the wifi in the new installation one ?

otherwise what can I do ?

thanks in advance

Don't know the wifi card you speak of, but does it have firmware? Is it loaded? does lsmod |grep YOUR_DRIVER showe a module loading for it? How are you connecting?
