No access to any ports on my linux machine

Can someone please tell me why i cannot access anything on my linux machine- even from the machine itself . For example - http://10.0.0.2 says! "connection was refused" http://10.0.0.2:22 says "access to port number is disabled for security reasons" and http://10.0.0.2:901 says "connection refused" I have turned the firewall off completely but no luck!.

All i'm trying to do is access my webmin and get some websites running off my server.

Cheers,

Dan

What services are running? Use Mandrake Control Center and see if the desired services are selected to start and are actually running?

Webmin usually defaults to port 10000. Try connecting to https://localhost:10000

can't connect to port 10000 either.

SSHD is running in the services.

I'm using redhat 9 now, not mandrake
