NFS share not available after server Ubuntu upgrade

I did an upgrade on my server (I used the guide in Ubuntu's wiki--it involved using synaptic to get .deb updates), and now all my clients can't access the nfs share that I had exported (tho before the upgrade, it worked fine).

I tried rebooting the server and the clients, but I get the same error no matter what. I don't have the server firewalled (as far as I know) or anything... The error is as follows:

dean@dim:~ $ mount /mnt/net/
mount: RPC: Remote system error - Connection refused

I don't know what to do! I haven't changed any settings on the server, just upgraded it.

Thanks,

Dean

Note: all servers and clients are running ubuntu!

I can't tell if I'm running those or not--maybe this will help?
Code:
dean@server ~ $ rpcinfo -p
   program vers proto port
    100000 2 tcp 111 portmapper
    100000 2 udp 111 portmapper
    391002 2 tcp 715 sgi_fam
    100024 1 udp 949 status
    100024 1 tcp 952 status
    100003 2 udp 2049 nfs
    100003 3 udp 2049 nfs
    100003 4 udp 2049 nfs
    100003 2 tcp 2049 nfs
    100003 3 tcp 2049 nfs
    100003 4 tcp 2049 nfs
    100021 1 udp 1026 nlockmgr
    100021 3 udp 1026 nlockmgr
    100021 4 udp 1026 nlockmgr
    100021 1 tcp 1329 nlockmgr
    100021 3 tcp 1329 nlockmgr
    100021 4 tcp 1329 nlockmgr
    100005 1 udp 612 mountd
    100005 1 tcp 615 mountd
    100005 2 udp 612 mountd
    100005 2 tcp 615 mountd
    100005 3 udp 612 mountd
    100005 3 tcp 615 mountd
I assume something isn't running, but I don't really know exactly where to begin... Thanks for the advice
