/nfs_share 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0(rw.sync)
and Add 2049 like tcp , udp in my firewall and 111 like tcp(for portmap)
and iptables -L it's see me it's listing for all port need
and every thing it's good at now and try to mount user from server system and it's good

but when I try to mount from client's PC like rhel4 , rhel5 it's not all

just and in /var/log/message no any comment or log for what's happend for
this message like if my firewall it's deny or reject the request for mount NFS folder on the server

when I'm try all steps on my rhel4 server it's work and no any problem

Have you tried to disable the SELinux to see if the problem lies with it?

I have no experience about SELinux so I'm not able to help you out here further.

Check out the SELinux documentation and try to create rules to allow NFS mounts.
