Unhappy Newbie and Probs with Proxy and Firewall

Hello!
I'am just new here and would like to get some help!
Here is my problem:
I have a SuSe Linux 7.1 Server working with Squid. Everything is working were good, but I would like to close some highprots like 10000 (webmin) and some other ports.
How can I do this?
In my firewall.rc.config file incoming highport is just opened for DNS, but my proxy also answers on the 10000 port.
What to do now?
