Please keep in mind in your answer that i am new to vpn and networking mainly, i am a programmer....
I am pretty sure this question allready got asked and answered but i dont know what to look for.
Thanks in advance!
when connectiong, then vpn-server sets the default-gateway to itself.
Maybe this setting is for security, because you can't access the internet
with the "wrong" network-setting. Ask the sys-admin to setup a proxy-server
and use this proxy-server for accessing the internet.
You may already have a proxy set up. See if firefox on the machine your are connecting to has a proxy set. If it does, copy those settings. If it doesn't, then you'll need to get the network guy involved.
