Networking Problems on FC5

Hello eveyrone, Well i got Fedora Core 5 installed and running but i cant seam to get onto my LAN and access my internet.

Broadcom Netlink Ethernet
-- I got it to reconize my ethernet adapter but i cant get onto my LAN through my router.
--usully trys to get a IP adress then it says it failed.

Intel 3945ABG WiFi
-- I downloaded the iEEE80211 open source file and I downloaded the driver but im haing problems getting it to install.

Does anyone know any good guide to do the wifi?
and is my ethernet set up, if so do i need to configure my router? I know when i launched the gentoo cd it loaded up and made my ethernet work fine i could download and other such things.

Thanks, cwood06
