I've just recently bought a new computer, an Athlon x2 4400+ Duel core, and was going to install Slackware 12.0, and have it dual-boot with my windows, as i have done in my previous computer.
Everything installed well, and works well, except for one thing.
I can't connect to the internet.(I've got ADSL), and i use the same network card i used in the previous computer. The problem could be that the motherboards drivers are not installed, and i can't install them because when i put in the drivers disk(and i'm not sure the drivers are compatible with Linux) it gives me a strange message, and refers me to the message bus.
Any help will be appreciated.
