networking


Hi,
I am working on many things on linux redhat7. Umm can someone give me some tips or tell me how to network linux to windows 98se? thanks alot

I would start buying reading how-to's on Samba. And if you new to linux like me, i recomend buying a book. It comes very handy (trust a newbie).

This will get you networking on Linux:

Then you can install a webserver, ftp server, news server, samba server, or whatever you like.

(Samba is the bug-for-bug compatable program for using Windows file and print sharing)
