Talking I C PC

Sounds like Samba is not advertising your Linux machine on the network.

Is Samba running ?
Or it may be just mis-configured.

Have you tried restarting your Windows machines? Each Windows machine has what's called a NetBIOS cache, which is responsible for storing the names of all the computers on the network. It may be possible that the NetBIOS cache hasn't been updated, accounting for why your samba machine doesn't appear on the network. Restarting your Windows machines will force them to rebuild their caches and (hopefully) include your Linux box.
