network troubleshooting software for Linux

As I've mentioned in a few previous posts, I'm just starting out in a career in computer networking. It seems like every other week I find some new *nix command or program that is quite helpful for troubleshooting. But I was wondering if there were any you had used that I've missed. Here are a few I've run across so far (including the standard tools):

ip (ip addr, ip link, ip neigh, etc.)
host/dig
netstat
ping/ping6
traceroute
nmap
tor
wireshark
cdpr (cisco neighbor discovery)
jnettop

Network and security tools.. in no particular order:
  • arping
  • nc
  • cdpsnarf (or tcpdump)
  • hping3
  • telnet
  • mtr
  • tcpflow
  • ntop
  • ngrep
  • scapy

Actually, here is a list of the pen-testing tools in Kali linux. http://zer0byte.com/2013/03/19/kali-...-screen-shots/

Some of those are great networking tools to have around, like the ones i mentioned.
