Network traffic monitoring

We have Squid proxy set up on our Ubuntu server, which is the firewall. I need a network monitoring software, that lets me see which user is connecting to which website. Any recomendations?

I like Wireshark, but I'm pretty sure there are other alternatives.

Perhaps enable logging on squid and then use one of the available logfile analysers?
