our client their is one RHEL 2.4.21-27.EL



some tine request timed out comes. how to identify the fault.

call red hat and install new software
RHEL2 hit end of life in 2009
RHEL3 hit "End of Regular Life Cycle" in 2010
RHEL4 is soon to hit end of life .

seeing as rhel2 has not had any security updates in a long time
Are you sure that the server has not been rooted
