Network Problems on RH9
 

I am running qmail mail on a RH 9 server. For some reason, I can't send any email. When I try to send/receive email from from MS Outlook, I get the following errors:

Task 'kbajwa@tibonline.net - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I am occasionally getting email. I have looked into SMTP server & its logs and there no errors. I believe this is a NETWORK problem, but where???

Any suggestions, help??
