Question network problems MDK8.2

I begin Linux and I have a network configuration problem.
My computer is correctly configure with windowsNT and I can connect into the network (network: 1 server DNS, 2 computers windowsNT).Then,I install MDK8.2 with all package (proftpd 1.2.5 rc1) and configure it as a server.
With Linux:
http connections are working well.
Ping is also working well.
I only can connect the local network using Konqueror.
Using samba, I have the following message error: NT_status_access_denied or NT_status_logon_denied.
Using proftpd, I have another message: 421, Service not available.
In fact, in the control center, proftpd-xinetd is stopped and proftpd is active WHILE with chkconfig --list command, proftpd-xinetd is active and proftpd is stopped.
What is the problem?

Thank you for your help
