If I understand what you are trying to do, it sounds like you have two printers you want to connect to your linux Red Hat machine. I am a little confused about how they are connected now.

This sounds like the printers have a direct lan connection, and are not now connected to any specific box. Is this correct? Do you have the physical connections on the printers, either parallel port or USB port, to connect the printers to your linux machine? Is this what you want to accomplish? If yes, step one is to go to www.linuxprinting.org and find out if these machines are supported. If yes, then install Cups if it is not allready installed. Then add your printers to linux. Make sure they print locally, form yoru linux machine. Then you will need samba installed on linux, and share the printers so the windoze machines so they can print to the network printers. You will have to set up the network printing on each windows machine.

Samba is not required unless you want to use the RH PC as a print spooler for your windows boxes.
Are you running CUPS?
