I am assuming you mean the windows machine has the printer connected to it and you want to print from your slackware box to the windows machine. First off are they networked together? If not the Ethernet and Net HOWTO are recommend reading. If the computers are already succesful networked together I suggest you read the SMB HOWTO. They can all be located at http://www.tldp.org/docs.html#howto. This is an excellent site for information. If you're having problems with the size of the HOWTO just use the index to find the revelent sections.

its really easy with windows just ad the smb as they are saying and as for windows when your on ya linux box just select cups or what ever you may have on this system of yours i havent used slack before so i have no idea but when you add printer choose network connection type and givee it the path \\windows_box\\name_of_printer and thats all also you will probably going to have to give the name and pass of a valid user in the windows system im assuming your using say w2k and name windows _box is oviously replaced with your name of the pc and the real name of ya printer
