network neighborhood with problem

This is my problem. Both in linux and windows(it doesnt matter), when i click on my network neighborhood, i see my workgroup and two new workgroup. This two new workgroup is not set by me, it's set by GOD (psychosis)....i dont know. Either workgroup have 2 user (workmate with me). I and they have same class of IP (xx.xx.xx.yy xx.xx.xx.zz xx.xx.xx.uu). The question is how can i see this workgroup (i don't wanna see)?......They can see my shared files or my workgroup name (i don't wanna see me)?...It's my fault or cause is the same class of IP. How can i resolve this problem????.
Thank you and sorry my english

Just disable file sharing

Assuming you have administrative rights, you can check, reconfigure - or disable - file sharing as follows:

1. Linux: use SWAT
EXAMPLE: http://konqueror localhost:901 &

2. Windows: use "Network applet"
EXAMPLE (Windows XP):
[Start],
Control Panel,
Network connections,
<Right-click>Local Area Connection, [Properties...],
Client for Microsoft networks
File and Printer sharing for Microsoft Networks

I hope that helps .. PSM
