Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. Doing basic research first and providing details is the only way you can get help. You don't tell us anything about what version/distro of Linux you have, or what you've done/tried/looked at so far on your own...so there's little we can tell you.

Putting "linux web internet data usage monitor" into Google pulls up a good bit to get you started; a web search is probably how you found this site, right? There are many, MANY tools to do things like this, but again unless we know what you're really after, we have no idea which to suggest. There is squid and sarg, vnstat, nagios, zabbix, and a host of other tools...all different, all that do things related to what you're after.

Please do basic research and try to find one that best fits your needs...if you have problems installing/configuring those tools, we are happy to help.
