Network Interface queue length


Hi Everybody,

I want to determine the current queue length of a Network Interface card i-e How much of the queue is filled currently. Where can i get this information. Is it in the /proc ?

No as queue length is specific to your NIC i.e. to you driver, that's in driver sources (so in kernel sources) that you 'll find relevant info

Thanx..
.But I was looking for Dynamic info. Like How Much queue is filled up now, and how much is remaining.
I need this dynamic info, as I want to monitor the Outgoing Traffic

They are in raw, tcp and udp files in /proc/net .
They hold the value for every open raw, tcp or udp socket.
