Network Doesn't Work At All

Mkay, hello all,

Running: Ubuntu Hoardy 5.04

I cannot access anything on my network. I've checked the cables with another machine and they work fine. It has to be something with my computer. I cannot access router even. When I look at the network moniter widget/applet, all it shows the network traffic for the "local loopback". Netstat -r doesn't give me any addresses.

Do you folks need any more information? Where should I go from here?

Please help!

I fixed the problem. Turned out my DHCP server wasn't allowed to allot enough ip's to cover all the computers on the network.
