Question Network Configeration


Dear Friends,

I am new to RH9. I am using RH9 & win98, on PIV System. My network(Real tek) is not configured so that It is not inetialized. How can set the settings to my Network Card. I nead the details from Basics Plz...............................

Enter the following command into a shell this will allow you to get a GUI that is easy to use to set up your network:

redhat-config-network

and then use the edit button to configure what you want ( Static IP, DHCP)

Oh, sorry... it's way past my bedtime. It's ..dang... it's 4:25am!

My Red Hat 9 Bible is packed up in a box currently. Hang in there. Somebody with current Red Hat/Fedora experience should be able to help you out.
