Network bridge problem
Hi there
I have a small network with a gateway connected to the net using windows xp and sharing the internet connection with my other pc's.
I have a pc who is accessing internet using my personal pc as a bridge, the bridge is working well under windows but I can't having it working with my new installation of fedora core 3.
IP's are dynamically given by the windows gateway so all ip's are 192.168.0.*, in my pc I have installed 2 eth interfaces, the first connected to the switch and having its IP dynamically, the other is configured to 192.168.1.1, and the other pc accessing to the internet using my pc as a bridge is configured to have a dynamic IP.
So can you help me configure my fedora to do the same as working under windows I've tried several things, I've created a bridge and bound the 2 interfaces to it, but either the 2 pc's are not accessing the net, when I destroy the bridge i can access the net on my pc but not on the other.
so I'm waiting for your help
