netstat history and sendmail
 
Hey guys i was wondering if there is a log that records all the connections established.

also, what is this process. I know it's sendmail but whats the time for at the end? anyone have any ideas?

You can check in /var/log/messages, or /var/log/maillog for your sendmail logs.

smmsp the part of sendmail that doesn't run as root (at least it can be configured that way) and was introduced to sendmail from version 8.12 and later.
