need vncviewer for ubuntu :(

hi guys,
Im new to this ubuntu distro. can any1 help me figure out what vncviewer can work here. i got compilation problems with the realvnc software. BTW, im a newbie

which library does it need? maybe you can try:

Code:

apt-cache search vncviewer

(or something else with vnc.

and then choose anything you'd like to try and say:

Code:

apt-get install "program"

(without the quotes)

maybe this one:

apt-get install xtightvncviewer
