Unhappy Need NIS help!!

Trying to get an NIS master server up and running using ypserv. It looks like all goes good till I get to the "ypinit -m" command. Then I get this:

We need some minutes to build the databases...
Building /var/yp/tigertown/ypservers...
Running /var/yp/Makefile...
/usr/lib/yp/ypinit: make: command not found
Error running Makefile.
Please try it by hand.

What have I done wrong?

Thanks!

I'd say you need to install the GNU make command. It should come with your distribution somehow.
