Need Network Card for Fedora Core 4
 

Ive Tried the Intel Pro 100 but the build in driver is not working. and I can upgrade the driver with out the sorce.

Fedora 4 does not have the sorce in the install and requires a working network to download.

so. Does any one know a network card that will work out of the box with a fresh install of Fedora Core 4

personally i'd recommend e generic realtek 8139 based card. these are dirt cheap and run great with the 8139too driver. that said, i'm running a tosh laptop with a bu7ilt in pro 100 nic using the e100 driver on fc4 with no issues at all
