Need help with ssh

Hey guyz,

I wanted to generate a public key and private key. This is what i did.
There are 2 servers. Server A (linux box) n B (sun solaris)

Server A: (This are the steps i used)
1. ssh-keygen -t rsa
-> 2 files were created id_rsa and id_rsa.pub
2. I ftped id_rsa.pub to sun solaris box

Server B:
3. i used the id_rsa.pub file and >> it into authorized_keys

Server A:
i did a ssh over with server's A user name they still prompt for the password to access Server B.

How can i solve this??

In my experience, a failure despite the correct settings for the keys is due to bad permissions on the home directory or on the .ssh subdirectory, as said on the linked-to topic.
Did you try "chmod 700 ~ ~/.ssh" ?

Yves.
