Need help for ppp connection


I am using reliance data card for establishing ppp connection..
Using wvdial it woks fine...but when i connect it using following command ..
pppd /dev/ttyUSB0 38400 lock crtscts noipdefault defaultroute 0.0.0.0:0.0.0.0 connect connect-script

(connect-script is correct..)

i am getting error as follows(the complete output)
