namedrndc: connect failed !!!

hello
i compiled a new kernel ( 2.4.23 ) with :
make dep;make clean,make bzImage;make modules; make modules_install
everything's goes ok , but after booting BIND stopped working and returns this message
namedrndc: connect failed : connection refused !
what have i forget ???
can someone help me please ?

namedrndc tries to bind to 127.0.0.1:953 when it starts up. That provides a command channel for updating named on the fly without having to kill -HUP it every time. Check /var/log/messages and see what error you're getting specifically. There's probably something before the connection refused, i.e. it can't open the socket for some reason.

i have added :
forwarders
{
MyIspDNSiP;
}
and when removing this line i added it works proprely , the ip is correct i found it throught the Whois ! and it worked with this config one time ago , dunno what's wrong now , gonna check the logs and tell u
