named on fedora core 1 chrooted
 

I am trying to set up a simple DNS for my network consisting of two entries. (only two entries need DNS)

When I went through the Domain Name Service gui, I see that it saved a set of files in /var/named/chroot/{etc/tmp/var}

However, after a few failed attempts, I see a directory like:

/var/named/chroot/var/named/chroot/var/named

which looked like a chroot jail inside another. Is this correct? The deepest directory does not have any files in the named directory which might explain why I am not getting this to work...
