My squid

I have successfully built a SQUID Proxy server.for almost 6 months it is working very well.but now i am beggining to experience some problem.the users could not anymore access my proxy server when the iptables start.but ussually there is no problem even if the iptbales is up.so what i'm going to do is stop the iptables.then it goes ok for the users.

Here my list for my proxy server's problem.

1.Users could not access server if iptables is on
2.Some of the pics could not be opened on the web.
example:
When i opened www.friendster.com all the pics could not be viewed.even if i browse it in my Box.

Please help me on this.TNX
