multiple gateways on one scope

I have made my dhcpd.conf file and have only one "option router" set. I have 2 gateways that users can possibly go through. Is there a way much like in windows where you can set to gateways and put them into order of my choice priority? So far I have tried doing

option router 192.168.2.200, 192.168.4.200; (example of course)

it just takes the first gateway in the string.

HELP!!
