Multi-router config

I am setting up a small network for my dads bussness.
What I am wanting to do is devide the network in to three
peaces.

one for accounting, one for estimating and one for guests
and wirelss access.

The way that I see to do this is, with this set up

Code:
            |
                              | Line In
                              |

                           DSL Modem
                            ------
                            - -
                            ------
                              |
                              |
                              |
                              |
                              |
                           ------- (firewall)
                           - - (router)
                           - - (dual home linux)
                           -------
                           | |
                           | | sub 3
           ------ | |
                           | | (guests)
          -switch- - - - - - - - - wirelessrouter
           ------ (linksys)
              | -----------|
              | |
              | |
           ------- -------
   sub1 - hub - - hub - sub2
           ------- -------
           esimate accounting

Now would i set the wireless router to rip mode and just point its gateway address to the linux box ?

Just add the Linux server as the AP's default gateway. No need to run rip.
