MSN Messenger and Netfilter

I am setting up a server for our LAN using netfilter and masquerading. Some of the guys want to use MSN Messenger to speak to other people outside the network. Messenges work just fine but with the talk option no connection could be established.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Isak
