MSN & squid

i want to block MSN messenger on lan, i have configured transparent proxy(squid) on FC7 .

i used several rules but all are not working.

acl msnmime req_mime_type ^application/x-msn-messenger
acl msngw url_regex -i gateway.dll

http_access deny c11 msnmime
http_access deny c11 msngw

Default policy for iptables is drop. even though i blocked tcp port 1863, but clients are still able to connect.
Why ?
