MSAccess and samba

Just recently I switched my company's file server from win NT 4.0 to a new server running Mandriva Linux 2006 and samba server. I've got about 30 users set up, and most everything is working smoothly. However, I am having problems using a contacts database on the new server (the db was made with Access 2000). I'm not sure how to set the locking/oplock settings for the database share or for global locking settings. At any given time I need to be able to have five people working on the db from different win xp computers, and they need to be able to search the db, open records and edit/add records. Does anyone have any advice on the best locking settings? Thanks for your help.

p.s.
I'm useing SWAT for samba admin.
