moving mail users

I've got 2 servers. Server1, a local box with FC1 on it, running sendmail with no problems. And Server2 a box about 300 miles away running Debian and Postfix.

Server2 is going to be physically moved to the same location as Server1. Server2 is has approx mail accounts on it, but will have to be down for a couple of days due to the move. Server1 is currently hosting 2 domains web and mail.

Is there anyway I can import the accounts from Server2 to Server1 so we minimize down time during the move? Once we get Server2 in place we're going to decide then if we will move the mail for the one domain back over to it or not.
