I cant control my mouse i set it to use a wheel mouse and it bounces all over the outside edges of the screen i did this before.
is there a way to change the setting without using the mouse like keyboard keys to navigate???

You should say what type of mouse you have. Most are Microsoft Intellimouse compatible:
