Mounting partitions

I have an old 60mhz pentium with a 500mb fat16 hard drive. I want to copy all the files off of it and onto another computer on my network. How can I mount that partition on another computer, or send the files from the computer using ftp or something to my ftp server.
Any suggestions?

You could use smbmount if you have set up a workgroup share on the windows box.

Thanks for the reply
There are no drivers for windows 3.11 for my ethernet card though
Could you recommend a boot cd(that has a boot floppy to load from it first since my bios doesn't support booting from cd) that I can use to share the drive over the network, or give me an ftp client to upload the files?

I'm fairly sure knoppix will boot from a floppy:
