Monitoring Services

Hi, I would like to know, if anyone know a program that could monitor my servers: oracle database, dns, pop, smtp, http, etc. So if any of this services goes down, it could send out a beeper or an e-mail.

An example of this is Servers Alive http://www.woodstone.nu/salive/

but it works under windows :(

So I need something like this but it has to run under Linux completly.

Monitoring software

Thanks for the help, but I only have half of the problem solve, this software monitors and send pagers, cool. But it could be another one that uses a modem besides the internet conextion? this is because it has to monitor the internet conextion too. Also any ideas for monitoring the database?

Thanks:p
