monitor traffic per port and ip
 

I wan't to find a way to monitor traffic on ports that are on certain ip's, the ip's are ip-aliases so al are on ONE nic...

Example:

1) ipaddress: a.a.a.a and port: 12345
2) ipaddress: a.a.a.a and port: 23456
3) ipaddress: b.b.b.b and port: 12345
4) ipaddress: b.b.b.b and port: 34567
5) ipaddress: c.c.c.c and port: 34567

So i want to know how much traffic is used in case 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5

Is there a way to get these information?
