mising a category networking tab

I use mandrake 9.2.
Before is reinstalled, when i went to control center, there was a teb/category/heading that had all the server stuff in it. I remember having the cattegory there before the reinstalation. Someone told me that there is an obscure rpm that you install to get this.

Does anyone know the name???
