Mint 12 won't connect to wireless or ethernet
 

hey guys i am new to this forum but am having a problem that I can't seem to find the answer to on here. I installed mint 12 on my laptop and everything is running fine except that the wireless isn't working. When I first boot up it will located the network and ask for the passkey. I put it in and it says it is connecting but it never will. In the end it says that wireless is unavailable. Any thoughts??
