Migration to postfix/sendmail/qmail

I am using imail mail server on windows os, i want to change it, is it possible to migrate to postfix/sendmail/qmail. imail also provides web administration. there are multiple domain running on it. so each domain have its own administrator, can add users, delete or modify users. is there any solution for migraton having same features.
