Migrate from exchange/dns to bind

I've got a clean fresh new bind install and several Microsoft Exchange servers currently doing DNS resolutions. I need to migrate from whatever MS does to bind. Is there an easy way to move 200+change domains and create the appropriate zone files?

I figured someone has written a script that does it for you or something.

Any help appreciated. I searched for this topic in both search and google and came up empty handed.
