Mapping a network drive

Hi,

I have 2 linux machines...
I am trying to get machine 1 to map to a share on the 2nd linux machine..

the shares have been set up with samba and seem to be working..

I just need to know how to get it mapped so machine 1 treats it like a local folder.

I have tried using...
mount -t smbfs //MAXI-FLESVR/HomeDrives /mnt/lclprofiles

and got
Unknown parameter encountered: "domain admin group"
Ignoring unknown parameter "domain admin group"
added interface ip=192.168.0.100 bcast=192.168.0.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
Got a positive name query response from 127.0.0.1 ( 192.168.0.202 )
Password:
12364: tree connect failed: ERRSRV - ERRbadpw (Bad password - name/password pair in a Tree Connect or Session Setup are invalid.)
SMB connection failed

any help would be great. thanks

Try accessing the share via smbclient.
Also, make sure you are using the correct username and password.
Code:
smbclient //computer_name/Share -U username
