Manually disabling traffic through port 80 to stop web browsing on fc6?

I need to find a way to disable web browsing on my computer, but keep all other net-related things running (such as IM, p2p, etc.). What i need to know is, is there a way to do this (preferably on the computer as apposed to the router). Thank you in advance for any help!

Just remove the web server. Also look into SeLinux configurations. You should able to shut down port 80 with Selinux.
